Dennis has about 20 years of valuable experience in International Waste Management industry and multinational management roles. His personal business exposure stretches across various liquid as well as solid waste streams in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, India and other Asia-Pacific countries. Furthermore, he has good global techno-commercial exposure in various Industrial and Public Infrastructure Development and Management especially in Circular Flow Economy, Renewable Energy & Environmental sector. He has played a very active role in various Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic Alliances management projects in Europe as well as Transaction Advisory and Contract Management services for various Waste Management Projects which includes holistic Solid Waste Management Projects, Waste Water Management Projects, Waste Logistics, Waste to Energy and related processing and final disposal technology projects.

Prior to becoming part of Zonta Environment Group Dennis has handled the role of International Engineering Consultant for environment projects and he was the Managing Director of REMONDIS Group in its Asia Pacific foray, one of the largest family owned business house in the area of Environment and Circular Economy.

Dennis is a post graduate in Spatial Planning and Business Management from University of Muenster, Germany. Dennis is a Trustee of Ashwas Foundation, Bangalore.

Patrick is Managing Director of the Bauer Sudlohn GmbH. a family owned business house in Germany. Bauer is and one of the leading manufacturing enterprises for products in environmental and recycling sectors in Europe. He has close to 30 years of valuable experience in this space. He is also the trustee of the Board of Dieter Bauer Foundation which focuses its efforts primarily on the fields of research of cancer and mucopolysaccharidosis. Through his German family office, he acts also as an Angel Investor to many startups as well as operational companies across Europe. Through extensive management experience, technology know-how and sound business networks he serves as a critical bridge between the startup financing needs of a company and their larger capital needs later on.

Patrick has done his graduation in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Raj Kumar is Managing Director of Zign Holdings Pvt Ltd, a private investment company based in Bangalore in India. Zign strongly believes in the philosophy of promoting and investing in sunrise and socially relevant /impactful businesses especially in sectors such as Environment, Manufacturing, Consulting, Education, Technology and Food & Essentials.

The companies promoted by Zign have shown agility and capability to excel in their chosen operational areas within short span of time. Raj is the Managing Trustee of Ashwas Foundation, a trust under its aegis of Zign Holdings through which attempt is made to reach out to poor and needy children especially to offer required help for their educational needs. Prior to Zign, Raj has worked in various management positions of different corporates in India. Mr. Kumar is a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law (LLB) from University of Kerala. He is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

A seasoned business leader with over three decades of experience in corporate and global business management, Sekharan is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company and driving its execution by fostering a perfect mix of organization culture, leadership style and talent development. Prior to becoming part of the founding team of EdgeVarsity, Sekharan has dealt with many areas of business including Sales, Product Delivery, Customer Relationship and Human Resource Management of Software Business.

During his 19-year stint in Subex Ltd, a software product company with global operations, Sekharan was a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team and was actively involved in various mergers and acquisitions. It was during his time at Subex he found the excitement he has for building and scaling up organisations.

He is also actively involved in the start-up ecosystem in India and mentors a few start-ups. He is currently a member of the BoD of a start up in the IoT space. Coming from an Engineering background and having worked in IT for the last 20 years, bridging the gap between the Engineering Education and Industry needs is something he is extremely passionate about, and it is this zeal that drives Edgevarsity to its forward march.

Someshwar has spent twenty plus years in software product development, deployment and rollout. His core strength lies in architecting products and developing teams which build products out of ideas. In his twenty-plus years of experience, he was part of developing desktop products, web applications in enterprise product space and mobile apps. He has transcended from the Windows-95 era to today’s Cloud Computing seamlessly.

He loves to remain current with everchanging technology. He has developed software solutions for varied domains such as Telecom, Enterprise Applications, Banking and now Ed-Tech.

He was co-founder and CEO of Bredge Info Systems Pvt Ltd from 2007 through 2016. Prior to Bredge, he was a Project Manager at Subex Ltd, a pioneering products company in Telecom Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management space. He lead the team which built the Revenue Assurance System at Subex.

He has also been a Technology consultant to a few mid-sized tech companies. He is an IIT Delhi alumnus.

Currently working as an Aviation Consultant from 2018, Ashwani has a very long career in aviation industry spanning 43 years, He started his career with Air India (India’s National Carrier) in 1976, right after his graduation and had a long stint till 2013. During this 37 years of association with Air India, Ashwani has been involved with all aspects of aviation engineering and has handled different roles in Line Maintenance, Major Maintenance, Quality and Safety aspects of aviation. He has also handled many overseas assignment during his long association with Air India which included the role of Regional Manager Engineering (UK&Europe). After superannuating in 2013, Ashwani did his second stint in airline industry as SVP Engineering & Maintenance with a Regional Indian airline - Air Costa - from 2013 to 2017. He was designated as a nodal officer to implement ICAO’s Safety Management System in Air Costa

He has carved a niche for himself as a conference speaker, presenter and moderator. Starting with his maiden presentation at King's college, London in 2006, he has attended 50 + international conferences all over the globe and made presentations on a plethora of topics covering entire gamut of Airline/MRO engineering including Aviation Safety. He presented a research paper on ICAO Safety Management System at the International Conference on Safety by Design in 2014. He has been nominated on many committees and fora by Govt. of India's aviation regulator - DGCA. He was a member of NAST (National Aviation Safety Team) to implement and oversee Aviation Safety in India under aegis of ICAO Ashwani holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Punjab University, India.

Currently holding the position of Chief Executive Officer of Seychelles Pension Fund, which she assumed in February 2015, Lekha started her professional career with Ministry of Finance of Seychelles as Internal Audit Assistant in 1979. During her career she has held very prestigious positions like Chief Internal Auditor and Director General of Finance Planning, Principal Secretary in the Finance Ministry, Chief Executive Officer of Public Officers Ethic Commission of Seychelles, Director Finance of Air Seychelles etc. In 2005 Lekha was appointed as the Principal Secretary of Ministry of Finance in Seychelles and played a vital role in trade liberalisation and successfully formulated and implemented the fiscal, economic and trade policies of the country.

Prior to taking over the position of CEO of Seychelles Pension Fund, in 2012, Lekha was appointed as the Principal Secretary of Seychelle’s President’s Office of Administration and Finance, holding the complete responsibility of smooth functioning of President’s Office.

Lekha holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and Masters of Science in Public Finance from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK.

Muralee obtained his PhD from IIT Kanpur and is currently the Operations Manger for Crisis Management Branch of United Nations, Geneva, Switzerland. He has been active in developing and promoting online learning since 2013.

A Global Certified Aviation Expert and a DGCA Approved Trainer with over 40years of active experience in the field of Aviation Engineering, Radhakrishnan currently dedicates his time and energy to educate, empower and enable domain qualified aviation enthusiasts to be connected to the Industry through training and guidance.

Radhakrishnan started his career with Air India (National Carrier of India) back in 1970 and then had very close association with many other national and international Airlines Including Malaysian Airlines, Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airlines etc. He has strong hands on and management experience of working in various aspects of Aviation Engineering like Aeronautics, Aviation, Aircraft Maintenance, Systems Engineering and Airline Engineering Management. He is also a Certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with license in the fields of A, C, E, I and R (Airframe, Engines, Electrical, Instrument, Radio Communication & Navigation Systems).

In addition to his experience of working in large Airlines, Radhakrishnan also had very close association with organizations like Honeywell Systems in their Aviation Division and Nehru Group of Institutions as Chief Instructor in their AME Training Institute and an Advisor to the Aeronautical Engineering Department. This good blend of experience helps Radhakrishnan to be a perfect guide for the journey of bridging the gap between Industry and Universities. Radhakrishnan completed his BSc Engineering in Electrical Engineering stream from Kerala University

A very familiar name in the industry and Government Bodies, Suresh, a Civil Engineer by education has over 55 years of professional experience in the fields Housing, Infrastructure, Rural and Urban Development, Real Estate Development etc. and built environment sectors, leading to Sustainable Development. During his professional career, he had a very long association with Bureau of Indian Standards (12 ½ years) and was directly associated with the formulation of leading National Standards and Codes and National Building Code. Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) is another organization where Mr Suresh had long association with (23 ½ years) handling various roles including the position of Chairman and Managing Director till June 2002.

Suresh is member of CII National Committee of Real Estate & Housing, Member of Indian Merchants’ Chamber Real Estate and Infrastructure Committee, Maharashtra Economic Development Council and CREDAI, CII Panel on Urbanisation and Future Cities. He is Member of International Property Measurement Standards – Standard Setting Committee (IPMS-SSC) and Chairman, Institution of Engineers (India) - Certification of Professional Engineers (India) and International Professional Engineers (India).

Suresh is a recipient of about 16 prestigious awards for his exemplary track record. He is a strong advocate of sustainable development and passionately pursues disaster resistant, environment friendly, ecologically appropriate and energy efficient options in built environment and the green building movement. He is the Chairman of the CII-Indian Green Building Council [ IGBC ] . He is actively associated with institutions dealing with professional education in Built Environment sector and also for Skill Development initiatives.

An experienced Aviation Expert, Waldemar who currently holds the position of Managing Director and CEO of AeroTechnical Consulting and Coaching GmbH & Co, started his professional career with Lufthansa Technik, Frankfurt, Germany in 1974. He had 31 years of long association with Lufthansa Technik handling various roles of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, Certifying Staff to perform the CRS (Certifying of release to service) for Part-145/CAMO Organisation, instructor for Flight Simulator training etc. and growing up to the level of Maintenance Director for all Aircraft Maintenance Groups.

In 2006, Waldemar founded ATCC which is an organization that provides:

• Consulting projects for Universities in Europe and Thailand.
• Get and hold the EASA Approval as a Training Organization for Boeing/Airbus Aircraft Type Training for Part-66 CAT-C, -B1, -B2, -staff.
• Supporting service for some EASA Part-145, Part-M/CAMO Organization
• Supporting service for the national authority (Luftfahrt-Bundesamt) and the EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency).
• Waldemar got his technical education completed by Lufthansa Technik, Frankfurt, Germany.
